About The Job
The Practice Manager will manage and influence a satellite clinic in our growing network but run it like it’s an independent business.
Boxes We’d Like You To Check

• Knows how to manage a team of front desk associates in accepting and processing and onboarding referrals.
• An understanding of HIPPA and how to adhere to its policies.
• Can work collaboratively with Operations Director.
• Being accountable for operational activities across multiple disciplines.
• Has fluency in computer systems and the has ability to learn new programs rapidly.
• Works well with others, both inside and outside the company.
• Ability to pass background clearance and reference checks.

Some Other Traits We Like To See

• Has driven growth and scaled a business via daily operations management and execution of a strategic plan.
• Works ethically and with integrity.
• Knowledge of occupational, physical, speech and ABA therapies.

Requirements

• Understanding of adherence to HIPPA
• 2 years working in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
• Pass a Background Check
• Computer fluency
