Experian’s North American corporate communications organization is seeking a qualified candidate for the Public Relations Specialist II position. The role will work closely with members of the communications team, as well as business unit partners to implement proactive and reactive programming that aligns with Experian’s corporate ambitions, raises awareness for the company’s products, services and thought leadership, and protects its reputation.



  • Development and implement proactive communications campaigns to support product launches, thought leadership studies, etc.
  • Contributing to the strategic plans and operational objectives of the North American corporate communications organization
  • Respond to and manage media inquiries.
  • Assist in content development, including drafting key messages, news releases, blog posts, byline articles, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to promote the Experian brand and ensure our messages are delivered effectively


Qualifications


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working on public relations programming or related projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Strong writing skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
