Job Description
Seldin Company is seeking a Portfolio Facilities Manager for our Nebraska Region.


  • A General Contractors license will be required for this position or ability to attain within six months of hire.


This position will pay up to $78,000 a year. The amount will be determined by experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do


This role performs facilities services for a portfolio of properties evaluating overall maintenance operations. The Portfolio Facilities Manager will provide training and support to the service staff and has authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement, and monitor overall maintenance operations, profitability, and quality service. This role will provide reports and feedback on processes and areas of improvement for assigned portfolio. Utilizes management skills to train, motivate, and empower associates to reach their goals and property goals.


Skills And Requirements


  • EPA or HVAC certification is required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
  • General Contractors license or ability to attain within six months of hire
  • Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
  • Three to four years related experience and/or training
