Position Description: Serve as a liaison between the finance organization and agency components regarding CPIC activities to ensure effective communication and execution Provide directed advisory and coaching support to components, staff and key stakeholders on processes and programmatic issues Review and update Agency CPIC guidelines as changes occur from OMB and other oversight bodies. Perform various ad hoc analyses as requested by the customer Effectively communicate strategy to organizational and technical leadership Basic Qualifications: Ability to research and gather performance data on projects Experience in Portfolio Management Experience in supporting, developing and guiding portfolio management type process improvements Experience in developing, collecting, analyzing and presenting research data to support process improvements Experience collaborating between self-organizing, cross-functional teams for software development Experience with problem resolution techniques Knowledge of federal CPIC guidance and requirements Ability to provide impact analyses Ability to provide risk analyses Required Skills: Rapid and flexible response to change along with self-organization and motivation Experience performing systems analysis that cross multiple components Expertise in writing, listening, note taking along with effective communication skills Experience in Return on Investment and Cost Benefit Analysis Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics to management and non-technical audiences through formal training sessions, as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis Desired Skills: Self-starter, highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment Prior SSA or Federal government experience Education: Master's degree and 6+ years of experience in a training-related field or bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a training-related field Diaconia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
