Hybrid to Phoenix, Arizona

Must Haves:

• Does not need to be hands-on technical, but must have worked in an IT environment where they understand IT terminologies such as Java, different operating systems, hardware, software, Jira, etc.
• This person needs to be local to Phoenix for a hybrid office model.
• Proficient at creating presentations and presenting to the team.
• Must have clear written, and verbal communication, and portray confidence in coordinating with multiple teams.
• Qualified to help support standardizing processes and adding detail where needed.
• Strong experience working in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting.

Day to day:

They will support a VP's organization of 200+ people. Other duties are as follows:

• Review and update org chart as required
• Ensure email distribution lists are up to date
• Support new hire onboarding and ramp up
• Track applications health and publish monthly report based off findings, communicate potential Coordinate monthly operations metrics and JIRA metrics working with leads
• Track DR (disaster recovery) status and publish monthly report for each team
• Work on presentations through PowerPoint and Excel, prepare monthly reports and coordinate with individual teams
• Track open reqs, and monthly financials (anti-money laundering, hardware/software costs, software license renewals, etc.) and consolidate them into reports for leaders
