has openings for a Part-Time Porter at several of our locations!

Job Summary:

It is the responsibility of this position to see that the service driveway is kept clear and that the customer's vehicles are pulled up in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Pull customer vehicles up for delivery in a timely manner.
• Assist technicians and service manager as needed.
• Shuttle customers to home or work when required.
• Park customer vehicles brought in for service; mark key tags with parking space number.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Wear uniform provided by company and / or nametags daily.
• Meet and greet customer in a friendly manner saying, "Welcome to Brown-Daub."
• Be courteous and friendly to customers at all times.
• Keep coffee area stocked with supplies and make coffee when needed - morning and afternoon.
• Uphold and maintain all standards associated with achieving status per FCA Customer Care standards
• Assist with property maintenance, including snow removal.
• Wash vehicles as necessary or requested.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
• Deliver keys to service writer in the same courteous manner that they were taken from customer.
• Maintains professional appearance in accordance with company dress code.
• See that the breezeway is kept clean.
• Walk customer to service advisor.
• Place paper floor mats and seat covers into vehicles that are in for service.

Physical Requirements / Qualifications:

• Maintain a clean and neat work space and uphold Brown-Daub standards at all times.
• Must be able to get in and out of vehicles regularly.
• Must be able to bend down to see under or inside vehicles.
• Excellent verbal/written, interpersonal and customer communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs to shoulder height.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to walk to and from the parking lot regularly.
• Valid State Sales and Driver’s License
