Description:

Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center a member of Trinity Health Of New England is looking for a Porter to join mission-driven Dietary team. Our vision is to provide state-of-the-art healthcare to those within our local communities, creating a positive impact for each individual that walks through our doors.

The Porter is responsible for the delivery of food to various areas, Cheercupboard, Trailer and Gengras Cafeteria. Brews and pours hot beverages. Sweeps and mops floors. Cleans equipment. Delivers and picks up coffee carts as assigned. Removes trash from the department. Supplies clean trays, dishes, flatware and food items.

Work Hours/Shift:

  • Rotating Shift (Weekends and Holidays)
  • PT- 24 hours

Requirements :

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year food service experience preferred.
  • Education: High School degree preferred.
  • Licensure: None
  • Skills: Able to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English
