Dishwasher 8:00 Am - 1:00Pm

The utility associate performs a variety of tasks in the food and beverage department including but not limited to dishwashing, trash control, and helping to maintain and clean as well as a safe kitchen environment.

Essential Functions

• Sets up and maintains the dishwashing area
• Performs dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining room
• Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes and utensils
• Empties trash containers as required
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen
• Assist in ordering and storage of food and non-food products
• Assists in preparation of food as directed by supervisor
• Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
• Notify Director of Hospitality of any malfunctioning kitchen equipment

Non Essential Functions

• Completes all required courses
• Leads by example the CORE Values through servant leadership
• Must possess a passion to work with and around senior citizens
