Anesis Spine and Pain Care is seeking for an experienced and passionate PA/ARNP to evaluate and diagnose chronic pain patients, identify candidates for interventional pain management procedures and provide chronic medication management.Strong candidate with experience will also have the opportunity to work in the surgery center.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Clinical Quality
·Educated, certified and licensed to perform core responsibilities of an PA/ARNP
·Use and understanding of evidence-based clinical guidelines
·Performs ongoing medical education within the subspecialty
·Interested in collaboration with a fellowship-trained physician to provide the full-spectrum of evaluation, management and procedural patient care services
·Use and understanding of responsibility to patient safety and reporting of any/all
unusual clinical occurrences.
·Uses own clinical knowledge, and evidence based guidelines to evaluate, diagnose and provide treatment plans for a variety of clinical ailments within scope of independent practice, including prescribing, and referring patients as appropriate.
·Recording patients’ medical histories and symptoms accordingly
·Ordering and analyzing diagnostic tests as instructed by the MD
Patient service
·Excel at customer service, treating patients and coworkers with courtesy, respect and
compassion.
·Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with patients and other team
members
·Training patients to manage their pain and safety of the medication and prevent injury.

·Ability to work independently, with limited physician supervision and oversight, while seeking timely and appropriate consultations as necessary.
·Maintains productive work schedule, charting in a timely manner.
·Demonstrates flexibility in staffing department, with the ability to adjust schedules to meet market and patient demand.

Certification, Licensure,
●A current Physician Assistant or ARNP License for the State of Washington is
required.
●Masters degree from an accredited nursing program
●A sound understanding of all pertinent federal and state regulations, including HIPPA
and OSHA
