Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness located in Steamboat Springs, CO. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing fitness instruction, circuit training, and sports coaching to clients. The Personal Trainer will also be responsible for providing nutrition advice and creating personalized fitness plans for clients. You as a personal trainer will play an influential role in the quality of our members’ health, fitness, and overall wellness.

Qualifications

• Certification in Personal Training or related field (ACE, NASM, or CFSC)
• Experience working in a gym or fitness center is a plus
• Promote and sell training programs and services
• Providing initial fitness consultations
• Experience in circuit training and sports coaching
• Personal Training and Fitness Instruction skills
• Ability to create personalized fitness plans for clients
• Conducting gym tours and membership sign-ups
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is a plus
• Create and conduct Small-Group Training sessions
• Learning and utilizing our training management software
• Fitness Assessments & Equipment Orientations
• Fitness Equipment Cleaning
• Knowledge of nutrition and ability to provide nutrition advice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
