As a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory, you will be vital in inspiring and guiding our members to achieve their fitness aspirations. Your responsibilities will include leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts, helping them set and achieve goals, and ensuring they use the correct form.

Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who possess one of the following certifications:

• NSCA CPT or CSCS
• ACSM CPT, Group Exercise Instructor, or Certified Exercise Physiologist
• ACE CPT or Group Fitness
• NASM CPT
• AFAA Group Fitness

In addition, CPR/AED certification is required.
Note: The hiring manager will provide more details for specific job duties and requirements at individual Orangetheory studio locations during the interview process.
Reviews and Paid Time Off:
The first performance review will be conducted sixty (60) days after your employment to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, employees become eligible for paid time off (PTO) after completing the initial 60-day probationary period.
