SheStylesCois seeking an experiencedpersonal stylistto add to our growing team.

• Has stellar communication skills – both in person and digitally

• Self-starter with excellent time and project management skills
• Is a true people person—great listener, relationship builder, relatable, prominent soft skills a must, natural leader with influential energy

What you’ll do:

You will take clients (1-on-1) through the SheStylesCo Signature Style Up-Level Program:

• Digital Styling
• Style Vision
• Collaborative Shopping
• Closet Consult & Edit

Ultimately, you will teach people how to create looks for themselves that they look and feel amazing in so that they feel excited and confident about their wardrobe and elevated style overall. Sharing tips, teaching style tricks, encouraging, coaching, you'll be there throughout their complete style up-level journey.

What you can expect:

Hours per week will vary, based on our client schedule. The work will be partially in-person client sessions and partially remote. Must be available Monday – Friday for the in-person sessions.

Compensation:

Pay based on experience and client flow. Starting Range: $45k – $65k / year with significant opportunity for growth. Supplemental commission-based opportunities available as well.
