Permit Technician Jobs

Looking for an organized individual to manage the office of a local contractor. Must not be afraid of making phone calls. Must be able to have the willingness to learn. Duties required to be completed: Recording NOC’s, Typing Proposals, Follow up calling clients, Filing, writing permits, Calling in inspections, invoicing. QuickBooks, Excel, and general computer knowledge. Willing to train the right candidate. Must have thick skin.
