Position Details

Pediatric Female Patient

• Acuity Level: G-Tube/
• Location: Maricopa, AZ
• Schedule: Days – Wednesday - Friday – 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About case: Patient is an adult male patient who is needing help 3 days a week. This family is an amazing and kind family to work with. You can work part time or full time on this case and do not have to work every single night. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's!

Responsibilities

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
