Pediatric Occupational Therapist Jobs

We are looking for a talented occupational therapist to join our team as a contractor immediately. This contract allows for up to 30 client hours per week.

Qualifications:

• Professional liability Insurance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• VA Part C Credential (free through Infant and Toddler Connection of VA) or willingness to obtain this credential
• Additional training in pediatric feeding, SOS, NDT, HWT and AAC a plus
• Virginia state licensure in occupational therapy
• A minimum of three years of pediatric clinical experience. However, strong candidates with less than three years of experience may apply for our mentorship program.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Organized, self-starter with a strong work ethic
• A computer with webcam for EMR and teletherapy

Services you will provide:

• Early Intervention through Infant Toddler Connection of Loudoun
• Evaluation and treatment of fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, feeding and self-help skills

Locations serviced:

• Home and school visits in Loudoun and Western Fairfax Counties

At Little Hands Pediatric Therapy, we believe in strong family involvement and routine collaboration with other professionals on the child’s team. We hold a contract with Loudoun County's Early Intervention Program as well as private schools and programs.

We are a close-knit team of multidisciplinary therapists and frequently share, co-treat and collaborate on cases.

• Report writing for evaluations is paid at the full hourly rate
• One to two events per year
• Minimal paperwork: 10 minutes of documentation within every 60 minute session
• Infant & Toddler Connection (ITC) trainings throughout the year
• Owner is an active speech-language pathologist treating clients

• Free CEU opportunities including:
  • Two times each month in-house for lunch, continuing education and guest speakers
