Pediatric Echo Tech Jobs

Performance of complex diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a qualified physician for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. Ultrasound procedures can include:

• Transesophageal echocardiography ultrasound on neonatal, pediatric and adult patients.
• Fetal echocardiography ultrasound
• Transthoracic echocardiography ultrasound on neonatal, pediatric and adult patients

These responsibilities will take place in clinic and hospital settings that include inpatient and outpatient. On call responsibilities will take place nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

• High School or Equivalent
• Graduate of a cardiac ultrasound program, preferred
• Experienced as an echocardiographer, preferred
• BLS certified
• Credentialed as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDC), or Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCSC) with Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), must be obtained within 2 years of hire date OR Certified as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), preferred.
• One (1) year of pediatric experience, preferred
