Summary:

• Responsible for performing all diagnostic echocardiography procedures in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Performs ultrasound diagnostic imaging on patients according to the specific departmental procedure protocols. Prepares equipment ensuring the equipment is operational, safe and functioning. Actively participates with patient testing, performing routine, nonroutine, urgent and emergent patient requests. Obtain patient history. Provides post care and education to the patient.

• RCS or RDCS (Required)
