**RETENTION BONUS FOR NEW HIRES (PRO-RATED BASED ON FTE STATUS)**

Lakewood Health System is seeking full- or part-time PCA or CNAs for our Five Star Care Center. Our Care Center has recently been recognized as one of the Top 10 nursing homes nationally for resident safety and best practices!

We offer a highly competitive pay package, additional pay for previous CNA work experience, shift differential pay for evenings and NOC shifts, medical benefits, dental benefits, 401K, aggressive FTO accrual, voluntary insurance benefits and a wellness program. Some benefits only apply to employees working a minimum of 64 hours every two weeks.

Shifts will be 6:00AM - 2:30PM, 6:00AM - 6:30PM, 10:00AM - 10:30PM, 2:00PM - 10:30PM, and 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM with flexibility to accommodate resident needs. Shift differential may apply to certain shifts.

We are currently seeking qualified, compassionate CNAs to provide individualized personal centered care, which includes but is not limited to assisting with feeding, dressing, bathing, transferring residents while preserving their rights and human dignity in a confidential manner and encouraging the resident to function at their highest level of ability.

• Ability to create a safe, effective environment by informing others and using good judgment
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Certification showing successful completion of the State of MN approved Nursing Assistant Program test out (CNA/CRA).
• Great multi-tasking skills
• Excellent bedside manner and nursing skills
