Job Description

We are seeking for a PC Administrator who will accomplish the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage tickets for Issues and projects in ServiceNow
  • Meet with vendors for installation questions and directions onsite.
    • Examples: Data cabling, Instrument Vendors, Ricoh Vendors
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide technical support for software and hardware
  • Respond to all customer inquiries within in a timely manner
  • Examples: Data cabling, Instrument Vendors, Ricoh Vendors
  • Place orders for IT related hardware and complete asset management once received.
  • Support, Install, and configure hardware/software for desktop support
  • Support local lab sites within the Phoenix, AZ area
  • Assist as smart hands for IT hardware installations and validations all is working as expected

Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift IT hardware up to 50lbs
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 desktop support (onsite and remote)
  • License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associate's Degree w/3-5 years of experience.
