Job Description

We're looking for a Payroll/Human Resources Administrator to join our team at our Mebane location. Our people and culture are what make us a great place to work. Responsibilities
As our Payroll/Human Resources Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
Processing hourly (union) payroll every week, typically on Monday
Performing routine administrative HR tasks, including data entry and filing
Communicating with employees at all levels of the organization in a clear and professional manner
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
Has at least one year of experience processing payrolls
Can perform detailed work accurately and thoroughly
Has excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Has the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
Can work in the office as remote work is not available for this position
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must:
Be at least 21 years old and have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
Have a two-year degree in a business-related field (preferred)
Have at least one year of experience processing payrolls
Have an equivalent combination of education and experience that will be considered
