Payments Product Manager Jobs

Akkodis is seeking a Payments Product Manager for a 100% REMOTE Direct-Hire job opportunity with a client located in Texas. Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in Product Management, Financial Services, Payment Systems, SaaS, and AWS.

Salary Range: $120k-125K base with bonus eligibility

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a talented individual who ensures existing and new payments SaaS products are effectively advancing to address growing market demands, ever-increasing competitive threats, and the needs of identified user segments.

Responsibilities:

• Builds, updates, and manages the execution of a strong software-centric product roadmap.
• Writes user stories to convey to the development team the ideal solution for a given user.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Produces documentation for release to support product marketing, product deployment/implementation, and product support efforts.
• Engages with users creatively to gain critical insights into their pains and their ideals.
• Leads cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that delight payment customers.
• Performs market research to identify future product or industry opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, MIS, CS, Liberal Arts, or related field. MBA or MSTC is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Software development experience is a plus
• Strong flowcharting and visualizing system integrations experience.
• Experience with payment technologies preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of Product Management experience related to SaaS-based products and services.
• Understanding Amazon Web Service is a plus.
• Capable of addressing product needs across multiple areas of operations such as marketing, engineering, sales, customer support, and finance.
• Strong ability to create aspirational product vision and address work required to achieve product vision.
• Travel locally, state-wide, and/or nationally.
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
