We are looking for an exceptional Payments Manager who wants a great opportunity to help drive demand in the marketplace for our modern enterprise point of sale solutions. Your proven track record of working strategically with both Sales & Sales Support teams in regards to analyzing financial payment statements, recommending how to price payment products, and work with prospects and clients to understand payment solutions and pricing will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced, high-activity environment.
The Payments Manager essentially is responsible for all merchant-payment related items impacting the Enterprise and Mid Market Sales teams. This person is self-motivated, agile and able to manage the entire payment process. In this highly-prized role, excellent email and communication skills, the ability to work efficiently with our Sales Executives & Engineers will be critical to your success. We're looking for professionals with strong organizational and attention to detail skills. Prior payment management experience, especially with a technology company, will enhance your candidacy for this role.
Responsibilities
  • Perform statement analysis to determine current rates and provide SpotOn rate recommendations and discuss fees and pricing with prospects
  • Work alongside Sales team to identify payment sales opportunities & own payments pipeline in Salesforce
  • Work with Marketing on collateral development and sales decks for payment collateral
  • Support Finance in developing Payments billing processes and support on billing inquiries
  • Oversee all payment related business & strategy for Enterprise and Mid Market Accounts
  • Assist in RFP responses, providing color and strategy to the responses regarding payment strategy
  • Assist in migrating current clients to SpotOn Payments through statement analysis’ and preparing and conducting client presentations
  • Create pre-approved price matrix based on volume, device count, growth with Finance and Strategy teams
  • Assist in reviewing proposals for payment information accuracy and providing payment rates and volume information to Sales
  • Participate in Sales calls as subject matter expert and Payment Sales Rep
Qualifications

  • May require occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds
  • Must be able to sit at a desk for a large portion of their day
  • Technical documentation background
  • Excellent time management/organizational skills
  • Previous experience with supporting sales team with statement analysis’ and payment related selling
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • 2-3 year previous experience in payment related position
  • Must be able bend, twist, stoop and kneel periodically
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Detail and Deadline oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required or equivalent additional experience

Compensation
  • Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
  • Our base pay range starts at $95,000 -$105,000 for this role
  • Offers will be reflective of the candidate’s location and experience.
