Description:

• Hooks up trailers, fasten attachments to equipment
• Uses sledgehammer to drive pins, uses pick and shovel to dig
• Opportunities for advancement within the paving crew and training on job equipment
• Flagger duties, set up traffic control, places barrels, and cones
• Pushes and pulls asphalt rake to level asphalt to fine grade specifications
• Smooth freshly poured asphalt, shovels asphalt, or other materials
• Assist other workers as needed or directed and other duties as assigned by management
• General laborer position to work on construction projects

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass MVR Check.
• Ability to get along with others
• Able to work outdoors in extreme conditions, such as cold, heat, and humidity
• Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
• Positive customer-service-oriented attitude
• Able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Class A CDL Preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
