Patient Services Representative Jobs

Piper Companies is currently seeking a Patient Service Representative in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA) to work for a specialty healthcare system. Responsibilities for the Patient Service Representative include:

• Answer and respond to incoming calls/faxes to assist with schedule patient appointments, answer patient questions and performing insurance verifications
• Perform data entry of new charges, insurance information, payments and adjustments into the billing system Qualifications for the Patient Service Representative include:
• EHR experience is required Compensation for the Patient Service Representative include: * $17.50/HR + Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k Keywords Patient Representative, Call Center, Navient, Patient Registration, Insurance Verification, Scheduling Appointments, Charge Entries, Billing, Philadelphia, Hospital, Healthcare, Medical Records
• Prepares patient medical records for new patients and update information for existing patients.
• Prior experience with a call center environment
• Insurance Verification experince required
