Department Anesthesiology 50000508 Business Unit College of Medicine Reg-Temp Full-Time Regular Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Remote/Telecommuting Hybrid (part-time working on site, part-time working off-site) Position Summary
Primary oversight, responsibility and sustainment of patient safety, quality, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction and related educational activities to advance a culture of safety and quality outcomes within the Anesthesiology department. Coordinate, promote and conduct education of trainees, clinicians, and teams within the organization in patient safety, adverse event analysis, quality improvement, quality metrics, and safety cultures. Collaborates with individuals in similar roles in other departments and across the organization to advance institutional safety and quality objectives.
