Job Description
We Are Hiring:
  • Schedule: Full-Time / Day Shift
  • Hospital: Ascension Saint Thomas River Park

Ascension Saint Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, TN is a full service hospital with 24/7 emergency care. We specialize in heart and vascular care, orthopedics, breast health, obstetrics and maternity services. We offer a wide range of minimally invasive procedures, imaging, lab tests and rehabilitation services all on one campus.

What You Will Do:
Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.
  • Keep patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintain medical equipment.
  • Aid with movement and placement of patients.
  • Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Document necessary records.
  • Perform emergency department specific care/duties as assigned within scope of job.
  • Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
