Patient Care Technician - Nights

Freeman Regional Health Services in Freeman, SD is seeking a full-time Patient Care Technician at our critical access hospital.

Responsibilities: Provide basic patient health care and daily living assistance, maintain a clean work environment in assigned areas, prepare medical equipment and conduct documentation.

Schedule: Work 12-hour night rotations, full-time position, including weekend and holiday rotation.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred, but not required at hire. CNA certification is expected to be obtained within 6 months of hire (FRHS will assist with this process).
• High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
• Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
