Overlake Medical Center is currently seeking a Patient Care Technician for our Mother Baby Unit (Postpartum). The 28 bed unit provides Family Centered Care and includes antepartum and gynecological surgery patients.

Part Time / Evening Shifts

0.6 FTE / 24 hours per week / 8 hours per shift

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and computer familiarity is preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant Registered (MA-R) also required (Overlake Hospital will sponsor this licensure upon hire)
• Nursing Assistant Certification (NA-C) required
• One year recent experience in a health care setting involving patient contact preferred.
• Health Care Provider CPR Certification.
• Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program or equivalent documented nursing training experience.
• Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills.
