Our headquarters are locatedin beautiful NorthernColorado.We are a well-established extended medical business office servicing medical providers nationwide. We are looking for multipleteam members who are PROFESSIONAL, MOTIVATEDand PASSIONATE about helping others.This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with three shifts available 6:00am - 3:00pm, 7:00am - 4:00pm and 8:00am - 5:00pm MST.

• Be genuine and authentic while working with the patients
• Be an accounts receivableindustry expert - working with each patientindividually
• Be engaging and ensure each account is updated with accurate information

• Provide thorough and accurate information regarding the account
• Actively-listen to each patient and offerreasonable solutions
• Negotiate each resolution and ensure the patient understands their obligation

Colorado Applicants only:As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Professional Finance Company, Inc. provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Coloradoonly, the range of starting hourly pay for this role is$14.00 - $18/hr. The position is also eligible for monthly incentives and information on benefits offered is here.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience that is equivalent
• Medical office experience is a plus, but not required
