Part-Time Receptionist OASYS, INC., a Leading Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking applicants for a Part-Time Receptionist.
Job Responsibilities Include
The Receptionist will oversee all front desk duties and is expected to greet all employees and guests in a friendly and professional manner both in-person and over the phone.
Additional duties include: Maintain accurate and complete sign in/out sheets for visitors Accept/deliver all incoming packages from couriers Order and stock office supplies Assist other departments (Leadership, HR, Security, etc) as needed
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge of facilities operations Experience/knowledge of accurate record-keeping Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Desired Requirements: Previous experience as a Receptionist Required Education:
