Administrator About the position: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our office located in Allston, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, as well as a passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. Hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in our Allston office. This is a perm role. Responsibilities: Manage phone calls and emails The Training Administrative Coordinator performs a range of administrative support duties for the Department. Primary responsibilities will include providing reception and office support at the main Training Department office. This individual will perform accurate and timely data entry and process employee identification badges. Job Duties and Responsibilities: The essential job duties/responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the information listed below: Functions as receptionist for the Training Department; answers phone, manages the reception space for order and cleanliness. Monitors shared email boxes and escalated issues or questions to the proper Training Team member. Provides assistance and direction to new employees and other visitors; displays excellent customer service skills. Sets up Training Rooms for specific sessions with tables, chairs, handouts, projector and computer accessibility, Assists employees and trainers attending training sessions during setup. Processes ID Badges including photo downloads and mailing out badges to employees. Occasional processing of training attendance and Certifications in the LMS and/or HRIS as directed. Performs other related duties, as required. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of office procedures and practices; exceptional customer service skills Strong organizational and time management skills Strong knowledge of personal computer applications, including MS Office. Effective organizational and communication, both written and oral, skills Ability to work in a professional and confidential capacity Sensitivity to cultural, religious, racial, disability, and gender issues
