We are looking for candidates that can work a flexible/variable schedule Monday through Saturday.
Part-time; 20 - 25 hours per week.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- You will continually learn and develop an in-depth knowledge of department and security policies, procedures and federal regulations; including BSA requirements.
- You will greet the member personally with a sense of urgency and show that a smile can be a powerful banking tool; your sincere interest in helping the person in front of you will help us create loyal members.
- By remaining objective when helping our members, you will demonstrate your expertise of our products and services by identifying and referring those that will improve their financial future.
- You will assist our membership with various additional account needs which primarily include address changes, notary services, debit cards, stop payments, check orders, and safe deposit box needs. Because you have a genuine interest in helping people, your ability to handle these and other interactions with a sense of urgency and sincerity will be demonstrated and create a wonderfully un-financial experience.
- You will educate and encourage membership to use our convenient banking tools which include mobile banking, remote capture, ATM network, and online banking to better manage their finances.
- You will have the opportunity to learn and perform a variety of other duties.
- You will accurately post and process financial transactions which include deposits, withdrawals, loan payments/corrections, and others.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience: One month to one year of similar or related experience including customer service and/or considerable experience handling large amounts of cash.
Education: High School diploma or GED. Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Windows environment and Microsoft productivity software.
