Job Description

Team One Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative (aka "teller") for the Bad Axe branch, located at 499 Brick Street. The ideal applicant will have cash handling experience, an outgoing personality, attention to detail, and the ability to cross-sell Credit Union products and services. Unlimited availability Monday - Friday (some Saturdays) is desirable, along with previous experience within a financial institution. Basic responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Promote and educate members about Team One products/services
  • Accurately process member transactions in a prompt, friendly manner
  • Assist with ITM/ATM machine balancing and processing of night-drop transactions
