This position will cover the Polk County market.

The part-time Infusion Nurse is responsible for providing patients with treatment and education for home health care issues. Responsibilities of a home care nurse include observing, assessing and recording patient symptoms, reactions, progress and conducting patient education. Nurses are responsible for administering treatments and performing therapeutic procedures.

Sign-On Bonus Eligible

A sign on bonus in the amount of $5,000. $2,500 will be included in your first paycheck upon hire.

Bonus criteria: You must average 10 visits per week and maintain good standing. If you meet this requirement, an additional $2,500 will be awarded after 6 months of service. The entire $5,000 amount must be paid back in full if you do not average 10 visits per week or you leave the organization voluntarily or involuntarily prior to your one-year anniversary.
