Part-Time Bookkeeper Jobs

Position Summary: The part time Bookkeeper will maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. They will work closely with our team to create and analyze financial reports. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for accurately recording all day-to-day financial transactions of the company.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following, and other related duties as assigned:

• Reconciles monthly credit card statements.
• Reconciles monthly bank statements.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
• Maintains monthly ledger entries.
• Accurately records invoices, payments, and receipts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Xero, Quickbooks or other accounting software.

Preferred Education/Experience:

• Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation is a bonus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred- OR equivalent work experience.
