Parts Delivery Driver Jobs

Garff Transportation Services (GTS) is a part of Ken Garff Automotive Group, a family-operated business since 1932. We are looking to hire a Delivery Driver (Auto Parts) who is a responsible, self-motivated, and helpful team player. This role is based out of our South Salt Lake, UT hub.

Responsibilities include:

• Follow all delivery and pick-up processes and protocol to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, and vendors.
• Inspect and light maintenance on assigned vehicle (truck)
• Be responsible for the basic upkeep of the truck: check oil with each fill-up, ensure that the truck is lubricated the first week of each month, and get annual state safety inspections when due.
• Wax truck every two months.
• Pick up parts and equipment from customers, satellite stores, and vendors per

Requirements:

• Proficient computer skills. Ability to use a smart phone or hand-held device
• Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in English. Strong communication skills.
• Previous customer service or delivery driving experience preferred but not required
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role: sitting and driving company provided vehicles 6- 8 hours per shift. Lift and transport parts weighing up to 50 pounds several times a day.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.
