THE ROLE:

The Partner Expansion team at AG is looking to add an enthusiastic, highly organized and collaborative Partnerships Coordinator to support our day-to-day Creator Economy Partnerships operations. This role sits on the Partnerships team (New Partner expansion), reporting to the Senior Media Buyer.


The ideal candidate has a strong customer centric approach and will have exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. The Partnerships Coordinator will play an essential role in elevating our partner experience by prospecting new partners and ensuring a successful introduction and integration into our AG1 community.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Analyze prospective partner content for brand safety, engagement levels, and audience demographics to determine their suitability for collaboration with AG1.
  • Coordinate and execute product gifting for partners.
  • Input, maintain, and update lead status of new creators within partner CRM databases.
  • Perform in-depth competitive and industry research to recommend new test areas to continue expanding our creator partnerships program.
  • Prospect new creators through research to identify relevant partners (ie. influencers, content creators) in our target market across Podcasts, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube.
  • Collect and consolidate inbound and cross-functional partner recommendations within our partner CRM.
  • Support with special projects as necessary.
  • Closely follow creator economy trends by platform and identify rising creators in the industry to partner with.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Passionate about the health and wellness space.
  • Comfortable with occasional business travel.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to one’s responsibilities; a passion for identifying trends and presenting recommendations to drive business outcomes.
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
  • Passion for the Creator Economy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience in performance/growth marketing, media buying, influencer marketing, and/or brand partnerships (required).
  • Skilled in forming relationships with and working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, in a remote-first or remote-only environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau (or similar BI platform) is preferred.
  • Very comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to pivot, prioritize, and execute on changing goals and needs.
  • Self-starter, embodies an ownership mindset.
  • A full life outside of work with personal passions and hobbies!
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides, gmail) required.
  • Strong communication skills: prompt, thoughtful, professional, and collaborative in their internal and external communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once.
  • Highly detail-oriented and a proactive problem-solver.

AG is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $38,000.00 - $57,000.00 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
