As a Receptionist/Concierge, You Will:

• Assist in other areas of the sales department and perform other administrative duties, as assigned
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times and high ethical standards in all actions
• Function as the main point of contact for customers in-person, over the phone, and virtually to assist customers with any of their needs
• Achieve client satisfaction objectives as assigned by management and follow up with new owners to ensure delivery satisfaction
• Uphold the quality of the sales process and customer satisfaction

What You Bring:

• Proven customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop and keep up to date with product information
• Preferred 1 years of customer service/sales experience in a similar industry
• An enthusiastic, dynamic, and team-orientated personality
