As a Receptionist, You Will:

• Function as the main point of contact for customers in-person, over the phone, and virtually, to assist customers with any of their needs
• Improve the quality of the sales process and customer satisfaction
• Assist in other areas of the Sales department and perform other administrative duties, as assigned
• Maintain high ethical standards in all actions and a professional appearance at all times
• Achieve client satisfaction objectives as assigned by management and follow up with new owners to ensure delivery satisfaction

What You Bring:

• Proven customer service and communication skills
• An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality
• Preferred 1 years of customer service/sales experience in a similar industry
• Willingness to learn and develop, and keep up to date with product information
