Part Time Office Administrator/Receptionist

Vident Financial, LLC is seeking a Part Time Office Administrator to join our team in the Alpharetta office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the office staff, managing office supplies, and keeping the office organized and running efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general administrative tasks such as copying, emailing, faxing, and archiving recotds
• Make travel arrangements for staff members as needed
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain filing system and other important documents
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and other events as required
• Assist in maintaining a clean and professional office appearance
• Order daily staff lunches
• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Greet visitors in professional manner
• Prepare documents such as invoices, memos, letters, meeting agendas, etc.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• At least 2 years working in an office environment
• Experience working with a highly professional firm, professional or financial services experience preferred

Schedule

• Part time, 9am-2pm, M-F
