Part Time Collector Jobs

Distance Learning Systems is hiring a Part Time Collection Specialist to work in our accounts receivable department as a valued team member. Candidate to work in the office Monday through Friday, morning to early afternoon, 10am to 2pm.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for contacting clients and ensuring missed/late payments are processed.
2. The primary function of an Account Receivable Specialist is to spend 70% of his/her day making outbound calls, as well as handling inbound calls to service accounts.
3. The remaining 30% will involve data entry.
4. A successful Account Receivable Specialist should be goal driven.
5. A successful Account Receivable Specialist will thrive in a competitive environment and will participate in challenging others to be successful team members.

Qualifications

Prior collection and compliance experience required. Applicants must be professional, have clear communication skills, make good notes in the computer and are required to pass a criminal/felony background screening.

Compensation

Hourly wages and bonus

Expected income $20,000 to $25,000 annual.
