Job Description
Summary
Seeking candidate to support our Community Association Managers in conducting periodic covenants inspections, always ensuring familiarity with the property with a thorough understanding of the covenants of each community, Company iPad will be provided. Perfect for retired or part-time home inspectors.

Duties
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Take escalated calls on covenants complaints
  • Conduct covenants inspections at multiple properties

Requirements
Maintenance Manager Job Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation to travel to office and to and from properties
  • Knowledge of exterior home and property maintenance
  • Great attitude and customer service skills
  • Computer proficiencies
  • Plays well with others (team spirit)

Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk properties, climb stairs
Nice To Haves
  • Hands-on maintenance experience
  • Home inspection experience
