Part Time Cashier Jobs

Saxon Auto Group is a local, family-owned automotive dealership looking for a part time Customer Service Cashier to join our organization. This position will offer a variety of duties from assisting customers to assisting the administrative office.
Skills Necessary: We are looking for an individual, who is dependable, professional, personally motivated and driven. Applicants are required to have strong customer service skills as well as the ability to multi-task. This individual must be computer savvy and able to accurately enter data into multiple systems. Must work well in a team and be a good communicator. A professional appearance and the ability to read and comprehend instructions is a must.
Some specific daily tasks that this individual would complete include:

• Assist departments with special projects
• Handle filing and/or scanning of paperwork for the dealership
• Manage phone system, voicemail and fax equipment
• Answer and route calls for the dealership
• Handle cashier responsibilities for the Service and Parts Departments
• Contact customers via phone

Qualifications:

• Must be dependable and reliable
• Computer experience with MS Work and Excel preferred.
• Customer Service Experience
• High School Diploma

Hours:

• Monday & Thursday 3pm – 8pm
• Friday 1pm - 6pm
• 2-3 Saturdays per month 6:45am – 4pm (Normally every other Saturday)
• Weekday start times can be adjusted if necessary.

Compensation:

This positions require individuals who work well independently and can think on their feet in a fast paced environment while displaying professionalism with our clients and coworkers. We will provide detailed training. Compensation based on experience.
