The Opportunity

Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Senior Manager of Legal Services to join our legal department where you’ll join a team of talented and creative professionals who love what they do. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader operations, commercial, risk, and hotel leadership teams where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. Who You Are

The Role

Responsibilities include intake and review of legal matters, involvement in vendor contracting process, added support of hotel safety and security programs, assisting with developing corporate and brand protocols, and involvement in corporate M&A transactions. This includes:

• Providing support in creating training materials
• Providing support for special initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Opportunities to participate in Hyatt’s Diversity & Inclusion activities
• Supporting contract negotiations for hotel agreements, sales agreements, and master service agreements
• Coordinating attorney guidance to hotels
• Supporting corporate transactions including hotel transitions and mergers and acquisitions

Experience Required:

• 4+ years in a law firm or corporate legal department with considerable experience reviewing and drafting contracts

• Excellent project management skills

Experience Preferred:

• College degree (or equivalent)

• Paralegal Certification
