Our growing firm is in need an experienced and adaptable Trust & Estates Paralegal.
You’ll work alongside attorneys on estates and will be responsible for drafting trusts, trust funding documents, and correspondence. Our team is looking for a seasoned paralegal with extensive knowledge of Oregon’s estate and trust administration procedures. You’ll also need strong attention to detail, top-notch organization skills, and the ability to communicate proactively as you adapt to different attorney’s workstyles.
The ideal candidate has:
* 5+ years of estate planning, trust administration, and probate paralegal experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of estate and trust administration procedures in Oregon
* Experience preparing estate and trust accountings and estate and gift tax returns
* Proficiency drafting trusts, and trust funding documents and correspondence
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
