Owner Operator, Cdl/Non Cdl, Hot Shots!

WE ARE GROWING!!

Looking to add on several owner operators over the next 90 days. We currently have a fleet of over 25 and have reached the point that we are ready to add some more team members!

We specialize in Hot Shots, typically 3/4 ton and 1 ton diesel trucks (F-250, F-350, Ram 2500, Ram 3500, etc) and usually 35 foot and longer flat bed trailers. We have some contacts and contracts with a few automotive customers, golf cart customers, and general freight as well. Dispatching is all handled in house along with all back office paperwork on your behalf. Try to make it as simple as possible so all you have to do is drive! Owner operators are required to have their own trucks, trailers, and equipment. TBK does have some trailers that come available for rent/lease, on a case by case basis!

Owner-Operator Requirements:

TBK Transportation LLC has grown tremendously and has a huge need for quality owner operators. We have our hands in just about everything at this point- carrier, dispatcher, broker, as well as finance. We are only as good as our people, and are in need of partnering up with more over the road (OTR) Owner Operators (O/O) that want to LEASE on under our MC authority. Currently, our drivers are averaging between $4k to 10k (gross) per week. There are so many variables between each owner operator that locking into a firm weekly rate is difficult. We know that the market is tough right now and rates can be as well, but with our methods and strategy, we keep our drivers loaded and rolling. Other companies make bold claims, most that they cannot back up, just to get people in the door. Claiming to be able to guarantee rates/income without knowing owner operator set ups, driver capabilities, time spent OTR, etc. is a recipe for disaster. We know what makes us different- and its our tight processes, top level communication, and our people.

To meet our qualifications:

· 25 years of age or older with Social Security Card

· BOTH CDL/Non CDL are eligible

· Must have current DOT medical card (or be able to obtain prior to starting)

· Able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR record

· Must have a ¾ or 1-ton dually 2012 or newer truck accompanied with a 35-40 foot trailer.

· Clean MVR- (Your driving record cannot have any speeding tickets, accidents or moving violations for the last 3 years that is verifiable by your state DMV)

· Must be willing to do OTR work, typically out a MINIMUM of 2 weeks at a time before returning home.

· Must be physically able to perform daily duties including tarping, chaining, binding, and strapping.

· Must have a basic understanding of DOT Hour of Service and willingness to abide by them.

· Must have a basic knowledge of ELDs.

Owner-Operator Duties:

• We have customers Nationwide, making this a great opportunity for many.
• This is a 1099 contract position.
• A lot of owner operators do things the right way, but they need help putting the pieces together. That is where we thrive!
• Drivers are usually on the road between 2-3 weeks at a time and typically take a break to do their restart weekly or come home and rest for two or three days every ten days or so. Schedule is completely up to the owner operator as we do not force dispatch. Keep in mind- generally the longer you are out, the greater the earning potential is.
• The opportunity to make a substantial amount of money is immense if you are willing to do the work.

Pay: $12,000.00 - $32,000.00 per month
