Overnight- Caregiver For Elderly

Our favorite caregiver position has openings! We have new clients who need assistance and are looking for Overnight In-Home Care Professionals for our homes!

Competitive starting wage at $10-$11/hour with opportunity for pay increase at 90 days!!!

• 2-3 nights per week needed. Requesting applicants have open availability for overnight shifts and be willing to drive wherever needed in the El Paso area for these long shifts.
• Set Overnight Schedule- 9:30 PM-7 AM (MUST BE WILLING TO WORK THESE EXACT HOURS. NO EXCEPTIONS.)

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Alzheimer's and Dementia Care
• Mobility and personal care assistance such as incontinence help or assistance to restroom
• Companionship and conversation
• Awake and alert for entirety of shift
• Light housekeeping tasks
• Medication reminders
• Keep an eye on client throughout the night as most of our clients are fall risk

Hiring Requirements to be a Care Professional:

• Passion to serve others - a true caregiver
• Ability to read and speak English
• Availability to work 2 overnights or 12 hours or more each week
• 21 years or older
• Respectful and compassionate
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance with your name listed on policy
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
