Companion Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with physical therapy exercises.
• Maintain accurate records of client care activities.
• Monitor medication schedules and medication reminders.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and errands.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and meal preparation.
