**Seeking Overnight Bakers with 9:00PM-6:00AM availability**

SEEKING OVERNIGHT BAKERS (9PM-6AM):

• Primarily work alone with minimal supervision
• Perform other activities as needed such as stocking, prep and sanitation
• Bake a majority of the cafe's fresh bread and pastries
• Ensure all breads and baked goods are prepared according to Panera's standards
• Maintain work area to all cleanliness & food safe standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Overnight work availability (9:00pm-6:00am)
• Can handle hot/cold temperatures (Walk-in freezer, Ovens)
• Reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Satisfy a background check
