SWEET Career Opportunity
Full-time OTR Driver position available for immediate placement at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory based in Durango CO with a dedicated route.

$65,000-$75,000 yearly*
($0.32 cpm and $20/drop. Per diem rate $69.00 per full day / $35.00 per 1/2 day.)

New Hire Bonus - $1000 after 90 days of employment + $1000 after 180 days of employment.

Third Party Backhaul Bonus of up to $200 for drivers who seek out freight and transport new Third Party Backhaul business.

Our OTR Driving team is dedicated to delivering product to franchisee's throughout the United States and delivering Third-Party Backhauls, using Company owned trucks. Responsibilities

• Transfer items into stores using a dolly or hand cart
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintain truck within Company and DOT standards
• Perform other tasks such as driving logs as required
• Drive Reefer Truck to designated locations and franchisees throughout the US
• Pickup and delivery Third-Party Backhauls
